Concierge Service – $499

Take the stress out of shopping with our exclusive Concierge Service! This service is great for wardrobe building, business attire, suits and wedding gowns.

What’s Included:

• Exclusive Visit: Anthony Esposito, Director of Sydney Road Tailors, will accompany you to your chosen store(s) for 1 & half hour to offer expert advice on garment selection, focusing on styling and direction inclusive of guidance for a cohesive and complementing look. Think of it as a professional and experienced stylist dedicated to you.

• Alterations & Styling Guidance: Receive professional insights on gown fit, alteration possibilities, and styling options during your appointments, ensuring the perfect fit and style for your special event. To avoid unexpected surprises after purchasing —like intricate floral appliqué hems that may require special care, or cut button holes on a jacket sleeve—it's best to get a quoted price estimate upfront. This helps prevent added stress closer to your big day.

• Private Consultation: Enjoy a one-on-one re-cap session after your fittings to assist finalise your choices and address any questions or concerns. A personal wrap up moment of the session where you will be confident in your decisions and what works best for your needs, concerns and pain points. You will have been informed & guided by a true professional with a high reputation in the fashion industry.

• $150 Alteration Credit: Redeemable for alterations at our Sydney Road Alteration Studio. Your first alteration fitting will also be booked during this process, giving you peace of mind.

• Bonus styling session at your alteration appointment, this may be regarding, tie/shirt coordination, veil choice, hair styles, or a general guidance on colour, silhouette, proportion or even shoes. (15 minutes).

Additional Information:

• $150 credit applies only to alterations, excluding custom orders or other services.

• Non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be sold to a third party for cash.

• Non Cash back if not proceeded with alterations or if total order value below credit.

• Travel fees apply for appointments beyond 10km radius of Seaforth, Sydney.
